Corroboree Security is committed to accelerate positive Indigenous outcomes and does this by
identifying and assisting Indigenous peoples who have an interest in security in achieving their goals.
Corroboree Security provides this support by facilitating training and mentorship to achieve success
through permanent placements. Corroboree Security has consistently met and exceeded the
mandatory minimum requirements for the Indigenous Procurement Policy in the following ways:

Corroboree Security targets Indigenous people for employment opportunities and priorities Indigenous suppliers and organisations for the supply of products and services. Corroboree Security currently has over 20% of its workforce identifying as Indigenous and is majority Indigenous owned.  Corroboree Security utilises the services of Indigenous providers within Community organisations and approved RTOs, as well as from within its own network.

Corroboree Security Limited is an ASIC registered and is a Supply Nation registered Not For Profit Charity Organisation focused on providing positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in line with the Australian Government’s Indigenous Economic Participation and Procurement policies.  Our Mission is to provide the best value for money procurement solutions that produce substantial increases in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander economic participation through training, employment, and community understanding.

Corroboree Group has consultative processes with Indigenous groups in the regions we operate in which, includes the respected Elders and the wider community. Through these avenues we hold regular focus groups and seek advice relating to sustainable Indigenous employment and participation.  Additionally, we use the Indigenous Business Directory listed on Supply Nation for services outside of our scope.
